This is a continuation of Workshop held in January. The exercises will all be different and it is not necessary to have taken part 1 but some experience with meditation/and or spirit is beneficial. There will be a short recap of Session 1 at beginning of the day.

 All workshop attendees will participate in many fun and interesting exercises to fine tune your connection to Spirit and to the Divine within. You will be introduced to many different modalities that can help build your “spiritual toolbox”. Sheila will facilitate meditations to assist everyone to go deep within and to connect to their Spirit Guides and Angels.

This workshop will be highly interactive and we will practice many exercises to help you enhance your abilities.

 Learning to use a pendulum (please bring your pendulum to class)

Giving intuitive and Spirit inspired messages to partners and in small groups using various techniques.
