Art Therapy Group for Adults (18+)
Join us on Mondays at 6:30 PM for a 6-week art therapy group co-facilitated by B. Hope, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Art Therapist, and Natasha Kupar, a Registered Social Worker (MSW/RSW). Learn more about each facilitator on our website.
This group is designed for adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or those looking to enhance their overall well-being. All emotions are welcome in this safe and supportive space.
Program Details
- Duration: 6 weeks (excluding Family Day).
- Commitment: Participants are asked to commit to the full 6 weeks, though payments can be made weekly.
- Cost: $60 per session ($30/hour).
Payment Information
- Payment is required unless 24 hours’ notice of absence is given.
- A credit card on file is requested to simplify the payment process and avoid delays during group time.
- If you have private insurance, you may be able to submit claims for psychotherapy or therapy with a social worker. In some cases, we can bill insurance companies directly; please contact us to confirm your coverage.

If you have status, the program may be covered by NIHB. Please provide your full name, date of birth, and status card number to access this coverage.
