Meet Kavita

Kavita is a passionate and compassionate Physiotherapist who believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident in their recovery. She has experience working with patients of all ages and providing care for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, MVA injuries, and WSIB-related conditions.

With strong interpersonal and communication skills, she takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and creates individualized treatment plans that fit their needs and lifestyle. Her caring approach and commitment to patient-centred care have helped her build meaningful relationships with her patients, their families, and her colleagues.

For Kavita, physiotherapy is more than treating an injury—it’s about helping people move better, regain confidence, and return to the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys listening to music and singing, which are her favourite ways to unwind and recharge.

“My goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, understood, and one step closer to feeling their best.”
