An 8-week in-person art therapy group for Indigenous folks yearning to explore identity, culture, and belonging. Whether you’ve been disconnected from your roots, judged for how you look, or felt “not Indigenous enough”—this group is for you.

Through art-making, reflection, and supportive conversation, this group is for reconnecting with your inner truth and honouring who you are.

No art experience needed. All materials provided.

Cost per person $60/week (session will run approximately 2 hours).
* Indigenous participants with First Nations status may be eligible to receive full coverage through the NIHB program.
